I recently watched the 2010 remake of ‘The Karate Kid’, which I agree is a questionable choice of film from the outset, but furthermore I resigned that it was an absolute awful remake of an original classic, which is the polar opposite of what we have done here. The ‘PROFORM’ is the 98% on Rotten Tomatoes remake of our original ‘Pro-formance’ model.
The board still has that incredible F1 feel and responsiveness that you would expect from our original best selling and go-to team blade, but we have updated it with some conventional and slightly more forgiving attribute; most notably a fuller, or more “post 2010” contemporary shortboard outline.
Don’t be fooled though, this nooner producer is still a homage to tearing blades of the ‘00’s. We have kept the same continuous rocker with accelerated late kick in tail for flow, drive and release, a dished out concave from entry through tail for added lift, squirt and responsive rail-to-rail power surfing.
It has a Double Bay dental surgery clean foil from nose to tail and any excess foam is trimmed off to make this board an extension of your body in good to perfect wave conditions, you’ll no doubt (but with limited guarantee to keep our solicitor happy) experience the best sessions of your life on this board!!
Free domestic (AU) freight is offered on all full priced board purchases incl. stock or custom orders.
A capped “EXPRESS” option can be added at a fee of $50 AUD.
All discounted, factory second, or preloved boards will be subject to standard freighting costs, with quotes available upon request. In most instances, freight does not exceed $100 AUD within mainland Australia.
We have recently overhauled our returns policies on surfboards to make purchasing a surfboard
as close to a risk-free as possible.
We ask that you carefully consider any purchase or order, and we invite you to take up an
appointment with our experienced sales team to help you decide on your next board.
