The ‘DEAD BEAT SLED’ is yet another model of board that has three words in its name. This trifecta of semantics was originally conceived by our old pal Mickey Mandrusiak of ‘DEAD BEAT BAND’ and ‘BLEACH GIRLS’ when he requested we add a single-fin box to our best selling model, the DOPE MACHINE.
Despite slight adjustments to concaves and bottom curves, fundamentally the two boards are the same in outline and plan-shape, but where the rear fin plug would be we’ve added an 8” box allowing the board to be ridden as a single fin or quad. Pictured here is the model in original diamond tail but of recent times we’ve moved toward a round or area pin, which blends nicely with the single fin setup, especially if your desire is to ride her in some juice, but hey, you ride her how you want, we’re very accommodating folks round here.

A priority/ same-day shipping service is offered on all full priced board purchases incl. stock or custom orders.
All discounted, factory second, or preloved boards are a next day delivery service.
Freight costs vary between $75 - $90 AUD for most metro areas/ $85 - $100 AUD for Regional areas. In most instances, freight does not exceed $150 AUD within Australia incl WA and TAS. An “EXPRESS” option can be added at a fee of $50 AUD.
