AUTUMN MODEL PROFILES #2
THE BEACH METALLS
OK, you're more of an 'alternative' craft rider, and this is a lot of us nowadays. There is not a huge difference in what you ride through summer to what you ride in winter. Maybe all that differs is outline/ tail, but your approach, be it twin fin, quads or even single fins remains true. You like grace, glide, speed, swoops and style. That's where this model is so bloody delicious, even for you curious shortboard monsters. In our opinion this is the twin fin that every shortboarder should own.
The ‘BEACH METALL (pictured on left) reflects our desire to continue advancing performance ‘twin fins’, with this model being the most contemporary, and damn lively one we've released to date. This baby sings rail-to-rail and off the toppers, while maintaining giant highline pumpo ability like our other more “traditional” twin fin models (beach cloud, beach burn). It is a pure, unadulterated redux of classic flyer swallow twinny based around a more up-right style fin design. No trailing fin required here mam, but again, if iy makes you more comfortable, or if you are riding a smaller set of twins, we can accommodate.
The BEACH METALL is available in traditional PU and PE, plus PRIMITEK EPS/ EPOXY from May '23.

The standard flyer swallow setup is going to excel in almost any conditions, winter to summer, she goes in all... but for those wanting to add some additional hold, then consider the BEACH METALL RND (pictured on right) - it's soo fast down the line, so sexy on rail, so good in the tub. Maybe even look at adding an inch or two in length, maybe three or four (my BMR is 6'4 whereas my conventional boards are 5'11-6'0), maybe add some channels (pictured in header image), maybe a murdered out black spray. But if you want hold, added length, something to tackle winter waves while still riding a twin, or fuller shape, this is your gal.
The BEACH METALL RND is available in traditional PU and PE, but we would suggest sticking with PU, and possibly even throwing a 6oz on it. Weight is your friend in juicier conditions, my friend.
